At Perfumería Laura we love to see how our customers enjoy our perfumes. Therefore, we invite you to share your images and/or videos on our website www.perfumerialaura.com/es.

These materials are published on the home page, the product page of our website and in an inspiration gallery, with the intention of offering our customers ideas on the use of our perfumes. In some cases, they may also be published on our social media channels or in our newsletters.

By responding to our request to publish your content, we understand that you accept the following Terms of Use:

Publication of photos and/or videos in the Gallery.

All photos or videos posted on social networks tagging any of the profiles of Perfumería Laura may be selected by our team to appear on our website www.perfumerialaura.com/es, in our newsletter and on our social networks.

Your profiles must be public so that we can see your photo. Otherwise, the content will not be visible and cannot be selected.

Criteria for selection of materials and visual identity manual

Perfumería Laura will select the photos and/or videos that highlight our products and that best fit the image and spirit of the brand.

The photos and/or videos must show at least one product of Perfumería Laura in an evident way.

The selection will be based on their size, quality and aesthetics.

The photos and/or videos must not, in any case, be contrary to public order, good customs or current legislation.

We prohibit any publication of abusive photos and/or videos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, profane or pornographic.

Perfumería Laura does not undertake any obligation to use the materials, even if they comply with all the conditions set forth in these General Conditions of Use.

If your photo is selected from a social network, you will receive a comment from the official page of Perfumería Laura in such network. Reply with the hashtag “#okperfumerialaura” to give your authorization and accept these General Conditions of Use.

Assignment of photo rights

By publishing a photo or video, you certify that you own the copyrights to them, as well as the authorizations relating to the image rights of the persons appearing in them.

By uploading your photos and/or videos and publishing content in the Gallery, you agree that they may be displayed on the following media: website www.perfumerialaura.com/es and on all media dedicated to the promotion of the brand (marketing campaigns, catalogs, social networks and other communications intended for customers).

By submitting a photo and/or video, you authorize Perfumería Laura to have a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license right.

You grant Perfumería Laura the right to use, modify, adapt, reproduce all or part of the photos and/or videos, directly or indirectly, by any technical process and on any support, especially on our website, on our social networks and in media directed to our customers.

By submitting a photo or video, you agree not to take any action (even on behalf of third parties) of any kind related to the use of the images, as described above, against Laura Perfumery or against any person acting on its behalf.

Request for deletion of a photo

Processing of personal data

Your personal data, which Perfumería Laura collects when you upload your photo, is used to integrate it in the media described above and to ensure the promotion of the image of Perfumería Laura.
