The Sicilian mandarin is made up of 3 unique fractions of essential oils, the first from the green mandarin, a very delicate and volatile oil that becomes heavier in the second transition and the third essential oil envelops a yellow mandarin.
The use of these 3 types of fractions has made it possible to olfactory recreate the aroma of the fruit in each part: the flower, the green leaf, the skin with almost bitter notes and the sweet pulp. The bouquet is completed with jasmine and geranium in the heart and amber in the background. The result is a powerful fragrance that transports us to a field of tangerines on a sunny day where the rays that heat the fruits release their aroma.
